What happens during a blood screening?
A trained healthcare professional will take a blood sample, which is then analysed in an accredited laboratory. Results typically provide insight into areas such as cholesterol, glucose levels, liver and kidney function, vitamins, and inflammation markers, depending on the panel chosen. Depending on the screening a urine sample will also be taken.
How long does an ECG take?
An ECG is quick and painless, usually taking 5–10 minutes. It records the electrical activity of your heart to help identify irregular heart rhythms or other cardiac concerns. Best to wear loose clothing.
What does a urinalysis test for?

Signs of infection
Kidney function issues
Diabetes indicators
Dehydration
Other metabolic or urinary conditions
It is a simple, non-invasive test.
