3. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance via our website or through direct contact.

Failure to follow pre-test instructions (e.g. fasting, avoiding exercise) may impact results and may require rescheduling.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Pulse Health reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a non-refundable charge.
Refunds are issued at our discretion depending on the nature of the request.
6. Test Results & Turnaround
Estimated turnaround times (e.g. 2–4 days) are guidelines and may vary.
Pulse Health is not liable for delays caused by third-party laboratories or unforeseen circumstances.
Results are provided with clear explanations, but interpretation should be reviewed with a healthcare professional if needed.
7. Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy is a non-invasive wellness treatment, not a medical cure.
Individual results may vary.
Clients must inform staff of any medical conditions, medications, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
Pulse Health reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsafe.
